Customer Success Director
In his role as Customer Success Director, Joe is responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with our customers by:
Listening to our customers through direct conversations, surveys, tickets, email and social platforms
Analyzing and sharing the feedback with the emfluence team so that we’re not only responding to but planning for future customer needs
Educating our customers through learning events, including certifications, Beer and Learns, and best practices
Joe brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing strategy, account management and support.
